I have a 2008 Ford explorer with a 128,000 miles on it. In the last 3 years I put 6 new Timkin wheel bearings in it. Timkins is generally considered to be good bearings. All 6 Bearings failed in months. I finally found out that Kewaunee, IL had a Moores auto repair business. I remembered how good a job they done in the past in a different town. It was years ago. I contacted the company in person and knew from first contact I had come to the right place.
They communicated with me as they spent quality time looking for the reason I was losing so many bearings. They found the reason. I made an appointment and they fixed it and explained to me why I had trouble. I was very happy and Moores is my go to mechanic from now on.
