Each employee was courteous and professional (as well as Matt's little son!). I even think they kinda liked my 22 yr old Jeep, and treated it as something special! We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Platinum Auto available to do some Napa warranty work for us. We then realized we also found a very professional well run auto shop.
