Went for an inspection sticker, the man doing the inspection was very rude and stand-offish. I went in to pay and the whole staff ignored me for for a few minutes until someone reluctantly helped me. It's the most unprofessional shop I've ever been to. Won't be back and I don't recommend.

Winchendon is very lucky to have such a valuable business in their town. Not only did they do a fabulous job changing my tires, but they also made sure I was aware of some work I am in def need of sooner rather than later with a quoted price. I appreciate that, so at least I know and am able to save to get it done. The owner is fabulous, and you can tell has a passion for helping people and making sure they are educated on what's going on.

Critical: Professionalism Not impressed had vehicle towed to be fixed they looked at car said can't start motor needs replacement lol no it didn't it needed to be fixed which they were to lazy or incompetent to do either way go elsewhere

2nd time for car inspection, young man doing inspection was very polite and helpful, I also have driven in to have tire pressure checked w/ same young man and he was very kind and checked tires and added air without complaint, rare these days.
