Oil Change
Our PitStop offers no-appointment oil changes with Valvoline products, including synthetic blend, high-mileage, full synthetic, and specialty oils. Each service includes a multi-point inspection of lights, wiper blades, tires, battery, belts, hoses, and fluids. Prices range from $53.99 to $109.99 based on oil quality, with most services completed in 30 minutes.
Tire Sales
We sell and install all tire brands, specializing in Continental and General Tire products. Services include alignments, rotations, flat repairs, TPMS diagnosis, and road force balancing. Hunter equipment ensures precise alignment for a smooth ride. Tire packages include free rotations and alignments, with expert guidance to match tires to your vehicle's needs.
State Inspections
Fuller Automotive performs Massachusetts state inspection stickers on a first-come basis. Our licensed technicians inspect parking brakes, emissions, steering, suspension, lighting, and exhaust systems. The $35 service includes safety and emissions checks, with re-inspection available for failed vehicles. Appointments are not required for inspection-only visits.
Rental Cars
We partner with Enterprise to provide on-site rental cars during repairs. Customers receive preferred rates by requesting through our service advisors. Rentals ensure minimal disruption to your schedule while your vehicle undergoes maintenance or repairs, available during regular business hours.

Bad experience overall, sold me low quality parts and did a poor job with that and charged me an exorbitant amount for that. I got my brakes replaced at Fuller's last year and they got me a very low quality part which was not my manufacturer spec and charged me a very high amount for it. The work was shoddy and had to bring it to my dealer to get more work done to make the car drivable. The parts were rattling in the assembly and was having trouble with that, and within one year and approx 20,000 miles, the front rotors warped and is not drivable now. Will not go back here, and I do not recommend.

I brought a company vehicle in for some minor repair work, customer service is absolutely fantastic. Very friendly staff, took excellent care of the car, and they have an Enterprise car rental on site, so it was very convenient to get a rental car while the work was getting done. Great, family-owned operation. Highly recommended! Service: General repairs & maintenance

I could sit here and list the multiple issues I have with Fullers, but I do not have the time. They did not fix my car completly and they took their sweet time. 6 months to find a engine, but it took them 2 months to even put in a order. I only know this because I have close friends who were watching my account. They drag their feet no if, and or buts about it. Fullers did not let me know that they do not have the tech to take care of the issues I had with the vehicle either.
They wrote it off as fixed, but I left with additional issues that was not wrong with the vehicle before. The Auburn location and the enterprise next to it are worth staying clear of. I would rather walk my butt everywhere before I go back to either of them.

Coming here was an absolute breeze. I called and spoke with Rob who had me come in the same day to discuss options for tires and found the best price range for me. I had my toddler with me which made me incredibly stressed out but Rob made the process easy. We ordered tires, they came in quickly, and my car was serviced ready to pass inspection!
