I am not from the area and my suv broke down. It is nerve racking when you know nothing about the area. The tow truck drive said hands down bring it to Kenny's. Kenny's came through for me! They found that my starter went bad and was able to replace it and get me back rolling. I would like to thank everyone at Kenny's for all the help and great communication. Keep up a great work!

I'd like to thank Mike of Kenny's Lake Auto Due to him being so rude to me, I decided to do the work myself and saved a bunch of money! His attitude was horrible. I'm never going to spend any of my hard earned money at this facility after being treated as I was. Go to Tuffy's right around the corner for better service. Trust me

ABS light came on and they got me right in and fixed my Jeep, I will recommend this place to everyone! I was told by another place that the Jeep was not safe to drive and Kenny's found that it was just a sensor and had it repaired in one afternoon! Service: Auto brake repair

Another great experience at Kenny's Lakes Area Auto Experts! Just got a new (older) car and I need it to last for a long time. So, the first stop is Kenny's to keep it on the road and running like new! As always, great staff, great experience.

I've used Kenny's twice after they came highly recommended by others. I had only used dealer services initially, but have been VERY impressed with their honesty, fair prices and attention to detail when explaining issues with the vehicle. They do not try to upsell, only make recommendations based on the mileage and ages of your vehicles. The employees are friendly and easy to work with and, frankly, it is one of the few places you can call and actually always speak to someone! They have an easy drop box for keys, with an envelope to list what you need looked at, your call back number and car details. One of our areas best keep secrets!

My 2006 Chrysler mini van broke down on a Saturday and I randomly chose this place bcz it was close. I called on the Monday after the Super Bowl, expecting less than stellar service, but was pleasantly surprised when Mike Lewis answered. I explained that the van had died while driving and he was very upfront about when he thought the car could be looked at, stating that it could be a few days, he made sure I understood what to expect before he sent over the inspection agreement.

Later on THAT SAME DAY, he called and went over their findings and sent pictures of other parts that were safety issues. He went over everything that he thought was necessary and some things that I could hold off on. Mike made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain all the details. As a woman (and one who doesn't really understand car repairs and jargon) I have often felt unsure of what is really a necessary repair, what is the up sell, what should I do?

I did not feel that way AT ALL. After texting over the quote, I sent it to some male family members (car guys) and they agreed it was honest and a fair deal. To top it all off it was READY THE SAME DAY. I am elated to find a shop that I trust and highly recommend you call them next time you need work done.

First time customer. I will definitely return and recommend! Another place told me it would be a couple of weeks before they could even look at my car for an estimate. I called in the morning. Kenny's said bring it in. My car was ready before 4:30!

This was my first time taking my vehicles to Kenny's, as we just moved here recently. Both vehicles needed oil changes and a few other things (tires, sensors, etc) after driving across the country. Kenny's came recommended to me from a family member, and I have been very impressed! The communication is top notch -- they will very clearly tell you exactly what work needs to be performed, and how much the cost (parts and labor) will be.

Both parties (owner, shop) sign and agree to this work/cost prior to anything being done so that there are no misappropriations afterwards. They performed the work they said they would in a very timely fashion, I had both cars back in just a few days. On top of that, they were very knowledgable about my vehicles recommended work schedules, and worked with me on what was needed after hearing what work had already been performed.

I am very picky about who works on my vehicles, preferring to do most of the work myself. It's very good to have a trusted shop tho, if I just can't find the time or am stuck on something. Based on what I've seen, I would absolutely trust Kenny's to work on my vehicles again.
