Their two sons, Micah and Aaron, having grown up in the business, purchased Modern Collision Rebuild & Service in January of 2010. Presently we have 14 employees, each chosen for his/her honesty, professional skills, and ability to work well together as a team. Aaron & Micah continue to keep the same practices and beliefs that the business was built on and now, with the help of their families Aaron & Micah continue to be family oriented business. Modern Collision Rebuild keeps abreast of current trends in the industry.

I would have preferred a more detailed estimate for this repair. There was no communication between the time I dropped my vehicle off and when they called me to say it was done. I asked if the repair would be not more than $1000. The estimator/owner said it could be that much if extra work was needed. I find it ironic that my bill was for $1000 plus tax. I kinda wish I had said $600 or $700. Maybe I could have saved some $$?

Historically done good work buy just got oil changed at quick lube and I watched them pull a connector off that was broken and full of glue, last oil change was modern collision, the connector is for when you move the radiator overflow bottle which is required for oil change. no one notified me from modern collision that they would glue a connector that could be replaced for under 10.00. Now that this has been discovered its a few hours for a new part, im glad oil can henrys fixed it.could have broken while driving.

Our Jeep Wagoneer (1993) looks fantastic! A true Cinderella transformation! They replaced the wood trim, fixed a leak to the interior, repaired a door that wouldn't open, repaired the rear window that didn't function, detailed the entire car inside and out, repaired several automatic windows, etc. They kept us posted along the way which we greatly appreciated. Very disappointed, had my car in 4 times in less than 3 months and mechanics kept coming up with the next issue. Today after replacing the power steering pump they said a power drain but they may have caused by keeping it running on battery during repair but we should do a full systems check.they already did that, paid for it.now they are blaming what? It has been none stop and really can't trust the service, very very saddened today.

We had minor body damage repaired which required a front valance. I purchased an after market one and they agreed to work with that as long as it fit. It did. They also had to straighten and align other small body panels. The work was completed and the repaired portion looks like original. We also had a minor scratch repaired which initially did not appear well done. When I pointed this out they immediately took care of the issue. The car was washed and cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Very pleasant and professional staff.

We spent four days on Bainbridge Island and on the Kitsap peninsula for a wedding and a bit of sightseeing over Labor Day Weekend. Modern Collision is the only option for care rental and a very good one! They have older cars in very good condition. Four day 2009 Camry was $37.50 per day included 400 miles (with small additional charge for additional miles), you need to provide proof of insurance. The reservation was made via email with Stacy, he was very helpful as were the other employees. Their business hours are Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
