I was visiting my daughter who lives in Media from New Jersey. I noticed when I got out of my car I had a flat tire that was leaking a lot of air., I called John who said to come right over. Made an appt last week. Brought my Ford Escape in today. Got the diagnosis/estimate. Approved work to get started. Done by 3:02pm. Went and paid. Took my vehicle home. Very clear about what was being done, to the point, and great to work with. Will bring it back for anything it needs.

I got a tire go flat just down the road. And these people were so amazing in helping me. I came in and within 20min they had my car in the garage and put my spare on for me (they didn't have my tire in stock). So grateful. You guys were great. Thank you for assisting me so fast, Michelle.
