Lee Myles Transmission

I was above and beyond grateful for Lee Myers! I brought my car in for a moonroof repair only, but they did more. They did a whole check of my car to see if anything needed to be done and sent me lists of of good things, needing future assistance, and what needed immediate assistance. They also have the out most caring and respectful technicians and front desk. I 100% recommend to anyone. They really showed me what great customer service is :

Extremely pleased with the staff's welcoming attitude, service and thorough explanation of what issue's my car was having. They even sent pictures of the issue which was something I've never experienced. Would definitely recommend and will be my go to for any car service I need from now on.

My car was having trouble starting and they got my 1999 suzuki grand vitara running immaculately. They also welded my exhaust hanger back in place and did a fantastic job. The thing I like most about these guys is their honesty and how they communicate. They sent me text messages with pictures of everything that needed to be fixed and their recommended action leaving all of the guesswork out of it. I will definitely be back for all of my future car problems.

They are all so personable and do consistent, quality work. We've been using this shop for almost 5 years with no issues. And they are great at accommodating our crazy schedules!

Brad at Lee Myles is a top notch guy. He's professional, honest and efficient. Seems to be the only shop around here that can keep decent staff and help. Although I don't typically like "chains" to do my auto repairs, this place is the exception.

Made a phone call to this place and Dave answered the phone very quickly with a wonderful attitude brought my car in and he helped me find a good tire. We have been taking our both vehicles to Lee Myles for 2 years now. These guys are fantastic. They are certainly great value - meaning they are not the cheapest place around, but you get what you pay for. In this case, you're paying for a great service. Something that I find fantastic is that they provide loaner vehicles for multi-day repairs which is great, because we need wheels to get to work, so this gives us a great peace of mind.

So far all the work done on two very different vehicles has been phenomenal, communication is great and I can't recommend them enough. We've had a transmission replacement, suspension replacement, engine rebuild, general inspection and minor things such as spark plugs etc. - they do it all, from big to small. I have mostly dealt with Brad, who has been great and I always feel like I can trust him, but I have also dealt with other supervising technicians and I can say that they have been great as well. Overall this place seems to be run well and I hope it stays like this so we don't have to look anywhere else for our vehicle servicing any time soon!
