Terrific service, reliable diagnosis and informed, assured work. I have been going for years even though I have moved from the immediate area. My car is older now and has a few quirks, so the familiarity and service from Jim and the crew is especially valuable. My car continues to be maintained and I can plan. The communication is just terrific, way past what has become normal. I let them know my concerns, and their response is right to point and very helpful. Jim's -I have been using his auto service for the past 6 or 7 years. He has kept my wife's and my car running far past the dealers shop. The cars were always fixed on time and right the first time. His parts and labor rate were always fair and our cars were always clean they were delivered. It is nice in this day and age to deal with an honest man who cares about his business and customers.
