I originally went to SafeLite when I got a crack in my windshield. I tried for over a month to get it fixed with no luck (for various reasons). I was getting ready for a road trip and needed to get the windshield fix within a couple of days. I picked my vehicle up from SafeLite and dropped it off at Virginia Glass. The next day my windshield was fixed! I am so glad I called them and if anyone asks me where to go for windshield replacement my answer will be VIRGINIA GLASS in Gainesville!

VA Glass replaced the windshield on my 2014 BMW 335. Excellent all around. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This is my second time using Virginia glass. Over the weekend my car was vandalized, and even though I could've been paired with Safelite or another company, I waited to talk to my insurance agent on Monday so that he could remind me of the glass company that he had referred to me years earlier. Luckily for me Virginia glass was able to come out to my home and fix my windshield within two days.

These guys are great and always professional! I was told they would arrive in a window between eight and 12. At around 8:15 AM I got a call from the technician saying he was en route and will arrive to me by 835. He told me WORK would take about 45 minutes, and almost to the.com or 45 minutes later he was finished. Really happy with the work and professionalism.

If you feel like waiting forever for a technician to show up, would like to be aggravated by canceled appointments or subpar work, there are technicians out there in abundance for you. But if you want to bypass all of that, definitely reach out to Virginia glass!

Friendly environment. I was taken care of well and every effort was made to make sure I was satisfied with my windshield replacement.

My biggest complaint: Didn't have enough time to enjoy coffee while they repaired the windshield. Just as I began to stir the sugar and cream, the technician indicated the repair as completed. Wow. impressive! If you need a repair, don't waste time searching for reviews any longer, just go see Steve.

A small chip turned into a rapidly growing crack in my windshield earlier this week. I reached out to several companies about getting the windshield replaced and of the three companies I contacted, only Virginia Glass responded - and they responded very quickly. Within a few days, I was able to schedule an appointment at the location and time of my preference.

Their flexibility and quick turn-around time allowed me to get the replacement I needed with virtually no inconvenience to me. The technician arrived right on time and the claim process was handled quickly and easily. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Virginia Glass and would use them again if needed (although I confess that I would rather not have any need for another windshield replacement.)

Chip is the man. Takes care of my customer cars at the shop and took good care of me when insurance was completely incompetent and I had to pay out of pocket for a windshield repair. Prompt and friendly service, they took care of the price. Life is good.

After a small rock chip turned into a long crack, I knew it was time to replaced my windshield. After searching reviews and emailing with Steve, I felt comfortable choosing Virginia Glass. In the end the work was near perfect, the communication was top-notch, and the price was reasonable. If I am faced with needing a replacement windshield in the future, I will definitely consider Virginia Glass again.

Once again.a visit from Va Glass. Somewhat painful to get a windshield replacement again.this was number 5. My 11th year in NoVa and another windshield cracked and another replacement. It's cool they come to your location and do the replacement. Phil is a great Tech and really knows that he's doing a true Pro. My only hope is that I don't see him for a long time.

I really hate leaving this negative review because I feel like I am an exception but the reality is that I scheduled an appointment through my insurance company and picked a time that I could fit into an extremely busy work week and 2 days later when I arrived there was only one person there on a phone call and when he got off the phone he said that he had no appointments.

I gave him my confirmation number and he said that it wasn't an appointment and didn't offer any real solution, offer to make another appointment, or even look at my car to confirm they could do the work. I understand that things happen but just giving me a response that I don't have an appointment is not what I would classify as helpful.

I feel bad that the person was on a personal call regarding someone being in the hospital but if someone is in the hospital I would have rather there been a sign on the door indicating there was a family emergency rather than someone being there that probably should be somewhere else.

After contacting my insurance company, who works exclusively with SafeLite, I looked around for a local company with a better price. Virginia Glass was it! The price I paid was the price quoted over the phone, they came to my house and had the windshield replaced quickly. Friendly, knowledgeable, and cheaper than the competition. Thank you, Steve and Jef, for making my frustrating chore a simple task. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing glass repair or replacement.

Need your WINDSHIELD replaced in VA? These guys (Chip, Steve & Jef.not to be confused with Manny, Moe and Jack) are AMAZING! They stepped me through the claim process, got my insurer on the phone my first call in, verified my coverage, called around to find my windshield, scheduled my appointment and within 48 hours it's DONE! Truly above and beyond service one rarely finds these days!

Last week Virginia Glass replaced the windshield on my Ford Freestyle. The owner, Steve, was very easy to work with. Sent a quote by e-mail on request. Price was all inclusive, reasonable, and the work they did seems perfect. The windshield seems snug, all the trim was put back correctly, and they even saved my inspection sticker and remounted my EZpass velcro strips.

Very down to earth and easy to talk to. provided prompt quality service! very friendly employees. i will definitely use them again should the need arise!
