So pleased to have found Dee's Auto Care Specialists. They did a full-service car care inspection on my 2017 Kia Optima, with 36K miles and happily said I didn't need anything at this time besides the oil change. I really appreciated their upfront honesty and professionalism. They didn't try to scare me into additional services or oversell me anything. The service desk manager was cheerful and helpful.
This location is going to be my go-to auto care specialist. Yes, Dee's has staffing issues due to COVID, with staff out due to illness. In spite of that, Dee's was able to get me in within 48 hours for an all-synthetic oil change and for a very reasonable price, when another auto service company wanted to charge me more than $20 more.

Told me he wouldn't be able to get a simple part to fix my wipers because my van was too old. Felt like he just didn't want to be bothered. Went down the street where they were able to order the part and have it fixed in 20 mins.

I went to Dee's for the first time last week and had a great experience! They got me in quickly and called me with a diagnosis within a couple hours. The mechanic was super friendly and trustworthy. I now have their number saved in my phone for future emergencies. I will definitely be back next time I need a mechanic!

Had a great experience! I called in the morning asking about an appointment to get my brakes looked at after I noticed a grinding sound the night before, and Dan said he could look at it that day. I brought it in and he found a couple other serious issues that needed repairs, called me to talk about pricing and prioritizing what I could afford with my current budget, and by the end of the day my car was ready to go. He even took care of one of the less urgent problems, which I had intended to fix when my next paycheck came in, free of charge. Lovely staff, I would absolutely recommend!
