These guys are amazing. Bought tires there, ran over something a month later! Called them, they put a "loaner" tire on my rim for free! Ordered up the new tire and told me they'd call once it was in. I was amazed at the great customer service, and so happy they spared me having to drive Mt junky back up car for a week while I waited for the tire. Can't beat this small town service!

Tire rotation. Easy. Ended up being more trouble than it was worth. After finding my account and setting up the service, 10 minutes, I left my car there for 5 hours. Getting back meant waiting in line for 10 minutes and then finding out I needed to "torque" my lugs after 24 miles or 24 hours. I don't have a torque wrench but was told I could stop in tomorrow for that service, which meant, of course, another drop off or wait or both. Thankfully the cashier was kind of enough to assure me that I "didn't have to do it but when the tire falls off, we told you." Oh.
And since I live 35 miles away, not sure if they were going to meet me half way to my house or exactly how that was going to work itself out. Anyway, I doubt Glen & company are unique in this, but they saw my account and didn't bother to tell me about the torque issue until they did the work. But at least they told me afterwards.

Was told this will take about an hour. The waiting room is small and occupied by customers not wearing masks. The employees inside of the area are also not wearing masks. It's 34 degrees outside where I will have to wait. Took less than an hour, and when I went in to pay, the cashier was wearing a mask.

Friendly and fast service. Called yesterday to schedule an appointment to replace my TPMS and was seen the same day. My appointment wasn't until 4 but I got there early and they started working on my car immediately. I was on my way before my original appointment time. Thank you for the wonderful service, I will be back.
