We can do a complete work-up on your car or truck and get you back out there doing what you do so well. Another of our services that we offer is that we are a Certified Insurance Direct Repair Center. What does that mean? It means you bring your vehicle in to us, and that is it. We take care of all the mendin' and tendin', plus we take care of all the insurance paper work as well. You don't have to worry about dealing with any of that confusing paper work and running around that goes with dealing with insurance companies.

Devin and myself, we are simple men; most of our crew are that way as well, we're not sure about Larry though (or anyone that works there, just a little humor/dig, keeping with the good time feel there at Fischer's). We like putting in a hard days work, and then putting in a harder night of a good time.

Should I remove my belongings from the car? Yes! Do this at the accident scene whenever possible or as soon afterward as you can. Often cars cannot be properly secured for extended periods after accidents making them easy prey for thieves. We may not receive your car in the same condition as you left it at the accident scene.

My wife got rear ended and she took her car there, they gave her a quote and said it would be about a month before they could fit her car in. called a month later and they said we should have scheduled it when we got the quote and it would be about another month and half before they could get us in. Got a quote from Xtreme for about $1000 less and they fit us in in just a couple weeks. Learned our lesson always get a second opinion.

I was in my first accident recently. A tractor trailer driver misjudged a left turn, and mangled the rear end of my vehicle. Went to Fischer's for an estimate.dealt with Chase Fischer! Fast, friendly service! They had my vehicle a little over a week.picked it up, and she looked like new! They will definitely be my "go to" shop in the future, should I need them! Great work guys!

My sister's car was rear ended and we were told to take to Fischer's. They decided to total. The people there were all kind and knowledgeable. Considering no car it was a pleasant experience.

Staff worked with me to repair several imperfections on my front bumper, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Front bumper now looks flawless and a perfect paint match to the original metallic paint. Very happy with their work and highly recommend!

I've had my car worked on here before and they did a great job, it looked good as new. I will definitely take it back in the next time I need a repair! They are professional and get things done!

I dropped off my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder on June 8, 2020 to have repairs done from the March 27, 2020 hail storm. I was originally told two weeks for repairs. Later that day they called and said it would be 4 weeks. My insurance company provided a rental car during this period. I called June 29, 2020 to make sure my vehicle was going to be ready before I had to return the rental car on July 1, 2020.

I was then told they don't start the repairs until they receive all of the parts. That wasn't disclosed up front or I could have continued to drive my car until the parts were in and then got a rental car but they failed to communicate with me that it was going to be delayed. At this time they said it would be done by July 24, 2020. On July 21, 2020 I called to make sure it was still going to be ready on July 24, 2020 as we were leaving that day for vacation and needed our bigger vehicle to travel.

I was told that there had been a delay on the roof and they had just received it July 16, 2020 and the vehicle still needed to go through paint. I was told it would for sure be ready July 31, 2020. This put us in a big bid as we did not have a vehicle large enough to travel and gave us very little time to come up with an alternative. Again they did not communicate this with me until I called to check on it.

We were looking at $340 to rent a vehicle to go on our trip that had been planned for months. I was fortunate and had a friend that was willing to swap me vehicles for the week. I called today July 31, 2020 to see about picking the car up and was told the car still needed to go to paint. This was supposed to have happened last week. Again no communication on their part.

They have now had my car for almost 2 months. They have not taken our needs to have this vehicle back in a timely manner into consideration at all. Their communication is horrific and below any basic standards of a business and customer service. I was told another week but I'm highly doubting that at this point. They are completely taking advantage of our time and have offered nothing for the inconvenience they have caused my family. They have zero communication.

Sketchy. Had my car for over a week while I waited for an estimate and when I called to ask they refused to give me one. They said, "We have to have the quote from your insurance before we can tell you the quote, " They wanted to find out how much they could charge even though they already inspected my car-evidenced by the marker they left on it. Lost my business and I'll be steering friends and family away from here on out. Also, why do they have 5 star reviews from people who hadn't even used them before? Lmao check the reviews people. What a joke.

Professional and friendly. Got there 10 minutes before closing and they immediately did my estimate. They got my part ordered in an expedient manner and got me an appointment for the Jeep to be fixed quickly. They gave me an estimate of three days but ended up having it back to me in two days. I didn't have to do any legwork with the rental company. Fischer took care of everything.

The quality of their work is spectacular. My jeep has been restored to its original condition. I was also very pleased that not only did they take the time to wash it but they also cleaned out the interior before I picked it up. If I ever need to return for more work, I will definitely pick Fischer.
