Our 18 wheeler broke down on the highway. Buddy's showed up in record time, thankfully, because we were roasting in the heat with record temps. They got our truck towed to the dealership and then dropped us off at a hotel down the road. It's rare to find such awesome hospitality these days. Amazing service! Thank you

I wanna give a big thanks to this place for going the extra mile and as well as there great customer service. This place was highly recommended by two people to take in to have an alignment on my mother's Jeep Wrangler. Upon my first call and drop off, Matt knew exactly what was wrong with it after his inspection which was very detailed about what needed to be done before it came back for the actual alignment. After I finished installing all the new parts then Being out of state I was able to get everything worked out with a simple phone call once the Jeep made it back to there fine establishment A++++++

I was traveling from Arkansas to Kentucky with 4 of my grandsons when a tire on the car developed a "wobble". I pulled over in Union City and tried to get help at Good Year and was told they couldn't get my lug nuts off and couldn't help me. So I called my roadside assistance and they sent someone from Buddy's. I wish I knew his name! He was awesome. Friendly, professional and very helpful. Got us back on the road quickly :-
