Chase at Gary's Collision went above and beyond to help us. When we had trouble getting the insurance to provide a rental car and there was a shortage of rental cars, Chase got on the phone with every one involved and explained the dangers of driving my car with the damage it had sustained(lights did not even work). Without his advocacy, we may have had additional wrecks from driving an unsafe car. Plus my vehicle looks like new. It's so beautiful and we are so thankful for their good work! Very friendly and very helpful people work here. I had a problem with the sunroof not draining and soaking the carpet. They blew out the drain holes and didn't charge me a dime.

My experience at Gary's, best I have ever had with my BMW's. Detailed reasons for delays with parts and or insurance hassles. All the folks from the painter, detailer, and the two guys up front all professional, laid back, nice guys. They even sent one of their own to pick me up to get my car.
