Repair Process Report

In the Estimate Process area the vehicle is inspected and relevant date is entered into estimate computer systems. This data is compiled into an estimate that determines the cost of repairs. However, often there is hidden damage that cannot be seen until after the vehicle is disassembled. Once the estimate is completed, the insurance company will review the estimate.

Stopped in here to get my car door looked at. I bent my upper door frame and needed a quote on what it would take to get it fixed. He asked if I had some time then and he would try to bend it back so that I didn't need to buy a whole new door. He had it fixed within 10 minutes and saved me a whole lot of money on a door replacement. From the minute I walked in the door the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Being I'm not very educated on vehicles I sometimes feel uneasy about going into any vehicle mechanic type places. I often feel like they could tell me 100 things I need done and I would just do them because I wouldn't know if I did or didn't need it. I didn't feel like that here. I felt like he was being 100 percent honest with me and really wanting to give me the best deal.
