I recently used Reliable Auto Glass to replace the windshield in my truck. I was told it would take about two hours so I decided to wait. The job was done in just over an hour and I was on my way! While I was in the waiting room I overheard multiple conversations and each one was polite and professional. I will definitely use them again!

Awesome staff, very friendly. I had multiple things come up in my schedule so i had to reschedule with them twice (i felt so bad ) & they were very understanding & easy to work with. I wanted to surprise my Mom with having her cracked windshield replaced. They were super easy to contact, responsive and got me in right away. They were flexible with me when I needed to change my appointment last-minute and even worked with me on decreasing the insurance co pay! Arrived on time and were done before I knew it! These guys are the best! I've had many windshield repairs done at Reliable Auto Glass in Auburn. All experiences have been very good to excellent experiences. I'm a very tough customer with high expectations, and I don't have any issue with letting someone know when they have fallen short of those expectations. So I'm quite picky when it comes to choosing my go-to automotive service professionals.

I was really happy choosing reliable auto glass to replace my windshield! They came out to my place of employment and took care of it while I was working. Two days later I was driving on the freeway and another rock hit my windshield (Just my luck). I called Reliable AutoGlass and they said not to worry come on over and they could repair it. I did just that with no charge and my windshield looks brand new again! Great customer service and highly recommended! Thanks guys!

This business went above and beyond when I needed them. They replaced my windshield after another company refused to work on it and left me hanging. No names Safe.something. I needed my truck back within two days and they turned it around same day I dropped it off. Install looks great. This place is clean, professional and couldnt recommend them more! Thanks Guys!

Got a rock crack from a dump truck on the freeway that got pretty bad. My insurance agency recommended I go to a different company that didn't have very good reviews. So I picked reliable from yelp. They were awesome! Very professional and took the time to explain the whole process, let me know about the pros and cons of OEM glass, and recalibrated my camera and safety sensors as well as and got me in very quickly. Highly recommend!

Went in to get a rock chip repaired. I was told the nature of the rock hit would preclude completely eliminating the hit from view. The injected resin would stop the window from cracking, however. They did the job quickly, about 20 minutes. They were courteous, quick, and the waiting room coffee isn't bad.
