Amazing service, Friendly helpful. I had a plastic component pop off my car and I came in with the attachment pins myself and they re attached and polished for free. That kind of dedication and service is rare to find! Will definitely return if I ever need a car repair.

Had a fender bender and called my mechanic (crown city) for a referral. He gave me three names. Went to High Quality. Got excellent fast service. Tom was able to bang out the crooked bumper at no charge. Great service. I will certainly return when needed.

Went in a couple weeks ago in need of a new side view mirror and although they couldn't supply the mirror they told me how to find one for a great price and they would install it. Elliot helped me out and I felt more like a person rather than a customer when he helped me out. You can just tell Elliot is a people person and wants to be of assistance (even prior to me asking for helping I saw Elliot having a genuine conversation with another customer) I will definitely be recommending Hi-Quality Auto Body for anyone I know who needs auto body work. Everyone at Hi-Quality Auto Body is super friendly and helpful. My car was ready on time and looked brand new when I picked it up. Brought my car in for an estimate to the most comfortable and friendly shop in town. The front desk gal was super friendly and definitely knowledgable on what needed to be done. They asked me to have. seat and grab a cold drink while I waited for my estimate. Took ten minutes. After I sent the estimate to my insurance company, they approved the work and I took my car in for repair. The lady told me it would be about 1.5 weeks to a month to get it repaired.
Two days after dropping it off I got a call telling me it was done! THE WORK WAS SUPERB AND FANTASTIC. Saved me a ton of cash on a rental and the service was outstanding. They went over everything they fixed and also fixed something that wasn't on the bill! My car was detailed and super clean like it came off the show room floor! THANK YOU Hi QUALITY! Your names suits you well!
