I have been taking my car to Carlsbad Auto Service for several years now. Each time I show up for my appointment, I am reminded why. These guys are all so friendly. They just seem to care about my car and my time. They always get my car in on time and do a great job. An added bonus-the location of this business is just perfect for taking a walk along the beach as you wait for your car to be finished. There isn't a single thing I can think of that they could improve on. Great guys, honest work, prompt appointments. What more can you ask for?

I had an emergency event with my Mercedes CLK and had to be towed after being stranded on the 5 North during Friday afternoon traffic. Ralph was so kind and understanding. He waited past normal closing time so that he could take my car in and kept me informed of the progress all along the path of getting my car back on the road. I will be forever grateful and I will highly recommend this auto service company to everyone.

Visiting from out of town, we discovered our car was having an issue. The cover underneath had come loose, we needed to do something about it before heading back home. We stopped in, were greeted kindly, and 15 minutes later were back on the road. I could not be more satisfied with the service and professionalism of Carlsbad Auto Service!
