Scott's! This wonderful Hispanic couple that has been in business for 20 plus years. He did a great job on my vehicle and cut me a break when he didn't have to. He also diagnosed something that I didn't even mention, but knew was wrong, that would have been hard to figure out. Quick work, fair price. I will be going back with my vehicle when it's something that I can't do myself. Take your business here they deserve it. FYI I have a 2007 Chevy Suburban and a 2011 Honda Pilot

Honest business! My son and I brought his Lexus car initially for a spark plug and coil. We were fully satisfied with the work and price. We returned a couple of weeks later because according to the Lexus dealer, the car has critical problem with tie rod assembly and sway bar stabilization assembly plus alignment. I asked Scott to look into the problems. Scott gave me a quote for the repair and replacement of parts.

We left the car overnight to be fixed. Next day, I received a call from Scott telling me that there is no problem with the car! He told me that he checked the supposed problem areas and he said the car is in good shape. He did not even charge me for checking the car. I trust Scott's Imports to give honest business and exemplary performance. His words were, "I want to be able to sleep at night." I am truly thankful to find a trustworthy mechanic in the Beaumont area.

So my wife and I went here today to have her car worked on since we heard alot of good about the mechanic but when we get there the secretary lady in office didn't wanna be bothered as she was too busy eating and the little response we got from her was with with a rude attitude. She didn't even acknowledge us and made us holler through a glass window. We wanted a reputable import mechanic but after the experience with the extremely rude secretary we won't be back. I guess they're not very inclusive after all.

Scott's Imports was quick, well priced and communicated very well. I used to live in downtown Houston and have struggled to find a good repair shop in town. I am pleased to know they work on all makes of cars as this will be the only shop I go to. I don't make many reviews, so if I make the time to write one it is because I am 100% satisfied. Happy to see an honest shop be so successful, great work guys!

Took my Abarth for AC service. No hassle, got an immediate quote on the price that was about right for the work to be done. It has new R1234yf refrigerant so some shops can't do the work, but they have the equipment so no problem. Dropped the car off the next day at lunch. They said it might be a day or two, as they were busy. However, I got a call the same day before I left work that the car was finished. Picked it up, perfect ice cold AC again.

Also talked about some other possible service, and they seemed very familiar with some obscure points about my not so common car. While it was only one simple service I had done, based on that I would highly recommend them to anyone with a European car (or any other car).
