Absolutely robbed me. I was told $189/hr from the time they leave the office until they get back, my location was 7 minutes away and took ten minutes for them to pull me out of a parking spot. 7+7+10 is 24 minutes, equaling $75.60. I was charged $207 and there was no mention of any minimum charges. That's $517.50/hr I was charged. I'm speechless. Thanks alot

My mom's car was stuck in the snow and despite the fact that she has AAA they were not able to help her. I called Budget towing and within the hour Andy had his crew out and my mom's car was safely moved to her garage. They were the best! I am so thankful for all they did to help on what was an extremely busy day for them as well. I highly recommend them.

Used them for a tow and then asked them to tell me what's wrong with the car. The tow went fine. It took a few days for them to tell me what was wrong with my car which ended up needing a motor replacement. They couldn't find a motor to match so i ended up junking the car. When i went to pay my bill the tow was 75$ but for them to tell me my car was busted jumped the total to 215.00$ i thought that was a little much considering all they had to do was look under the hood.

Super friendly and easy. My car broke down on Thanksgiving day! I waited a few hours to call and the driver was professional and happy to help. Very happy with the fee. And punctual almost down to the minute!
