On 9/27/2021 my 2010 GL Mercedes was not able to start. The truck was towed to RJT mechanic at white plains. On 9/29/21, john the manager called and stated difficulties to locate the problem. I told him since you are not familiar with Mercedes Benz to tow the truck to Mercedes company near him. He insisted to fix the truck. On Friday, 10/1/21 he asked me to pick my truck that it was fixed. I took the truck home and the next day the truck could not start.
I call John today, 10/4/2021 being Monday, my truck could not start. He wants me to bring the truck and to charge me again for diagnostics after paying him almost $1,400.00. The last time it took RJT mechanic two days for diagnostics. Please if you have a foreign truck don't go to RJT mechanic. What a reap off!
