Drove from MI to PA to visit the in-laws. Woke up the next morning and my jeep sounded like it was going to blow up (small exaggeration). Called pilgrim's because their reviews were great. They were able to get me in immediately to lift it up for diagnostics, right before their designated lunch break. Sensing my urgency they were able to very quickly diagnose and fix the problem (heat shield) before their original lunch break was even supposed to start. Told my father-in-law about them and they have gained multiple loyal customers. 1,000% recommend this place! Very honest and won't try to sell you unnecessary "repairs".

Our son in law and daughter were in from Michigan and had car trouble. They found Pilgrim's who took their car in immediately for repair even though it was the week of Christmas. My alternator broke down right before Easter. I was so upset because I would not be able to drive my car back home for the holidays. This place is probably the best garage around, good guys who actually care, and if there is a problem with your vehicle they will not sleep until they find the issue.
