After an outrageous quote at the first shop I went here for a second opinion and they were way more affordable and actually explained to me what was wrong. The best thing about Sun Devil Auto is that I can trust them. Ryan always gives me the best deals & great service. I have had very negative experiences at the Ford dealership with their overpriced services. Sun Devil Auto always beats their prices & treats me like a VIP whenever I go there with a problem. Cody and Jeremy, 13 years as a customer, and they only get better, and more loyal to customers. I know somebody that didn't listen, is now paying double. 165k on my Jeep and still clean under the hood. Good luck, if you don't listen to preventative maintenance. The auto technician and staff at Sun Devil Auto are pleasant and respectful. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and kindly asked them if they could check my breaks. They were more than happy to check them and clean them. They have competitive prices, and they do their best to get you in and out as fast as they can. Front entrance was a bit confusing at first glance but it was very well labeled when I pulled in. Inside was clean neat and looked brand new, the staff and mechanics are very understanding and helpful even though they are always busy. Used the website coupon for a free AC check and the mechanic was super helpful letting me know everything that was wrong and what needed to be done or what was to be expected.
After an hour and half they told me they weren't 100% sure on a recommendation after checking my AC since they couldn't find a leak but my car was saying there was since it wasn't taking more than 15% of Freon. Anyways after all that they didn't charge me nothing since they couldn't fill up my Freon to "fully" test my AC even after 2 hours of work from a mechanic, so I decided to tip them for really helping me out. I'll be taking my car to the dealership for an estimate and taking it right back to them for their great service and work. Btw they did fix 2 small leaks no cost

Service was EXCELLENT! They replaced the condenser in the air conditioner on my Ram 2500 and unfortunately had to deal with my warranty company which was a pain. George and Arthur were great at communicating the situation and got me on the road in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend and will use them myself for any future issues I may have.
