My car was rear ended and Superior Auto body did the work to it. First off they are very friendly. Janet was great was to work with. The work they did was perfect and when the car was completed it was clean inside and out. I would highly recommend them.

Had a small collision where I was not at fault. The other person's insurance company stated only this auto shop was available in their listed shops, so I went with it. The first time I went was nice. They checked my car and said they needed to order parts and they would call when the parts arrive. Weeks pass but I don't hear anything, so I called again and they said the parts would arrive the following week.

Another 2 weeks pass but no call. I called back and asked what was going on. The person who I spoke to said they were new and told me I would be getting a call back later that afternoon. Never got a call back and it's been over a month and a half since I first went to get an estimate. Called my claims adjuster who said no estimate was ever filed from Superior Auto Body. A whole month and a half wasted waiting for nothing.

Very disappointed as this shop has great reviews. The communication was awful. I never got any updates, calls, or anything. I'll have to find another auto shop with better service. I do not recommend Superior Auto Body at all.

Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs, tried totalling my car and after I went to look at it myself somehow it was fixable. Brought it to Wissota collision and they were convinced they were trying to part out my car before I even accepted the estimate. All that needed to be done was my door and fender and somehow the whole car was taken apart. Very fishy things, not sure how this has a good review.

Management was horrible, do not trust Bryan he will lie to you every step of the way. I feel terrible for people that know nothing about cars, do not bring your cars here. The hands down worst experience of my life.

Reasonable price for an out of pocket fix. Friendly customer service and reasonable fix time. The only thing that can be better is a better picture quality of before, during and after repair pictures and documents for those that might need it. The picture was too grainy to be used lucky I got my own before pictures. Some places included a cheap USB drive with pix and doc of work done.

Stopped in today after hitting a deer. Front driver side fender was pinching the door and could hardly open. Mirror was torn off as well. Me not understanding enough about auto body work assumed this would be under $1k in damage and not meet my deducible. Brian quickly showed me that after new parts, paint match, installation, this would be easily over 1k. Although I will end up fixing this myself, Brian's expertise was greatly appreciated and helped me make a better decision about the repairs.

Furthermore he helped me source a replacement mirror from a local salvage yard. Lastly Brian was able to tweak my door jamb with some tools and now it is opening and closing properly. Truly appreciate the utmost professionalism and kindness from the folks at Superior Auto body.

Our car handle was starting to come off after it got frozen shut. My girlfriend called Super Auto Body and they said it wasn't something they typically do but they helped us out anyway! From the second I got there everyone from the receptionist to the owner and the technicians were friendly, kind and had overall some of the best customer service.

This body shop was recommended by Geico, not being from the area I was a little nervous. The owner and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process. The repairs were completed perfectly. My car looks just as it did before the accident. I would 100% use them again! You can not go wrong with taking your car here!
