Monticello Auto Body started in 19xx by John Johnson on Chelsea Road in Monticello. Initially as a rented space the pace of growth warranted a larger presence. He bought the corner lot next to the rental and built a new facility, capable of handling many more vehicles. In 2009 John bought some space in St. Michael and expanded his regional reach to Eastern Minnesota, closer to Minneapolis. With both locations in place we now have expanded services and a method to handle overflow during times of increased customer traffic.

You have the option to leave your vehicle at our shop and ask the insurance company to inspect the vehicle here. Some insurance companies ask you to visit their drive-in claims center before having work done. There is no law requiring you to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal for vehicle repair.
