Felt like my car completely broke down and was super frustrated with the situation. Royalty Auto care was super understanding and kind and I honestly had the best experience there. They are super friendly and trusting and completed a full diagnostic test of what needed to be done, took photos, and explained the situation in a way I could understand. They even gave me a ride to work since I needed to drop my car off long term. I ended up needing to take the vehicle to the dealership based off my warranty but I fully believe and trust in Royalty Auto Care in taking care of me and my vehicle in the future.

This place is high tech they take pictures of everything they do on your vehicle. Of course I sent more money than I wanted. At least I will have a safe ride for my grandson. This post will be added to when I pick up the Murano tomorrow. I've had my Murano for 3 years and I was told that nothing was wrong with the brakes when I bought it. Royalty proved them wrong you know the saying you can stop on a dime.
Well my Murano stops on a penny. I'm very happy with the service I got they put their ALL into your vehicle. I'm a customer for life Sabrina even remembered my grandson's middle name for our conversation Thanks for everything

Broke down on I95, they had a tow truck there in about 20 mins. Got to Royalty near closing time. They provided a ride to the Motel and picked me up around noon the next day. The problem had been diagnosed and being repaired. I was back on the road by around 2pm! GREAT HONEST people! FIVE-STAR AND I wish I could give them SIX! THANKS to everyone at Royalty!
