Worked with Brian and Travis getting some custom lights installed and wired. Also had a new stereo installed. They got a lot done in a day and addressed any issues I had and extended professional customer service and made me feel like a valued customer. I have bought truck accessories from Blue Ribbon Auto in the past primarily because they have been around along time in Missoula and I believe in supporting local businesses. After extensive research regarding a trailer hitch for my 2022 Honda CRV (not a hybrid), I went to Blue Ribbon today for a installation estimate. The gentleman I spoke with explained the process for ordering and their current installation schedule.

As he was working up an estimate, I explained that I did not want a below the bumper hitch. He stated, well they are all going dip below the bumper. I explained, they make several brands of which the cross bar is concealed behind the CRV bumper (CURT 13397, DrawTite, etc ). He immediately appeared annoyed and without looking any further in to my estimate he told me, well those hitches are 900 dollars.

In fact, the CURT, DrawTite, or eTrailer hitches are plentiful on several sites between 130-350 dollars. Clearly, this gentleman either had no idea what he was talking about, wanted to gouge me for 900 dollars (Uhaul quoted 320 dollars), or as he mentioned, his schedule was about two weeks out therefor didn't care about my return business and just wanted to run me off with a ridicules quote.

My point is, Buyer Be Aware, do a little research, don't be taken advantage of by Blue Ribbon Auto. P.S. Today, 4-20-2022, I went to Uhaul here in Missoula, and had a CURT 13397 Class III hitch with wiring harness installed on my CRV for 319 dollars including a 2 year warranty on the wiring harness and Lifetime warranty on the hitch.

Had decent front end damage happen to Jeep and brought it in to Bue Ribbon. They got her in asap, got me my estimate quickly and tried to get me on the schedule. I would have used them but unfortunately I needed to have her back faster than their time frame would allow. I do recommend them to anyone. They do amazing work. I am just on a time constraint. Keep up the stellar work!

Had a small front end collision and the team at Blue Ribbon took care of me through the entire process. Fantastic customer service and professionalism from both Claire the Insurance Coordinator, and Ben who wrote the estimate. Very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. The team that did the body work and paint did a great job aswell, truck looks better than before the collision. Couldn't be happier!

Got car bra put on and it had some bubbles next day. Went back in and guy fixed it by heating it and promised if that stays that way they will replace the car bra. It unfortunately stayed that way so i got car in for replacement. When i got it back i could tell its not been replaced but some cuts are made in the bra to take air bubbles out which is okay but the other side isn't fixed, it still have ripples in it and looks bad. So far i have wasted 3 trips and no resolution. People are nice but they need to take ownership of their mistakes.

Window Tinting & Body Work - Two times I have dealt with Blue Ribbon - once on my own and once due to a collision I was in. I had my windows tinted the first time. As you can see in the first photo there is a vast difference in the windows. Now I don't feel like everyone is staring at me in my car! The price was great for the time and quality. It also has a lifetime warranty.

I dropped it off in the morning (scheduled appointment) and picked it up at the end of day. Unfortunately for me, two weeks later, I was in a collision (see second collage) and the front end of my body shifted backwards - as well as other damage. Blue Ribbon was timely and professional about handling the damage. Luckily I was not on the hook for it, but it was still a hefty bill.

They had my car for 49 days, which had been addressed before hand, but they kept me updated every week and made sure to answer any questions or concerns. My car looked great upon pick up and I am planning to go back for a new sound system soon!

The guys at Blue Ribbon are simply incredible. Paul went above and beyond to try and help me with my topper. The professionalism and courtesy makes this place. If you can find something cheaper elsewhere, it won't be worth what you lose in the service and knowledge that is at Blue Ribbon.

Just wanna call out the absolute excellent customer service from Blue Ribbon Auto They are spraying a bed liner in the back of my truck today. They said it would be done by the end of the day, so I came by to pick it up, waited for about 30 minutes, and found out it isn't going to be ready. The reason? Well, my truck bed has 15-16 nasty gaping. holes punched in it from it's past life.

Blue Ribbon Auto offered to fix as many of them as they can for $110 labor, and since the truck wasn't done today like they said, they are waiving the labor cost of fixing those holes. And, I told them I can't really pick it up until Saturday, so they offered to deliver it to my house when it's done tomorrow. I couldn't be happier with how they handled things, and I'm looking forward to seeing at least a couple fewer holes in my truck bed.

Great staff. I have a 2016 Dodge Challenger and will only allow their staff to perform modifications. They take the time to sit with you and discuss all options both the pros and cons. Prices are extremely competitive and parts are durable.

Careless workmanship. Had a truck at Blue Ribbon to spray in a bed liner. In the process they scratched the paint on the outside of the tailgate and and Nissan logo (photo attached). Brand new truck. You'd think an auto body shop would take better care of removed parts. You'd also think someone would check the work before it goes out the door. They also didn't reattach one of the tailgate cables.

Have been coming to Blue Ribbon since 2016 for all my vehicle accessories. Great customer & vehicle service! On my 2016 Forerunner the side step started to rust abut a year after I got them on one side. Went back and they warranty replaced them no problem. I could go to the big box place but really like to support local businesses. Just got a 2019 Tundra and 1st place I came was BR for my accessories. Would highly recommend this business!

I took my car in to get a dent fixed on my brand new car. They did a great job and at the best rate in town that I found. A couple months later I decided to have a stereo installed and chose Blue Ribbon to do the installation. Well a little while after getting the car back I noticed that the plastic panel on the door sill wasn't seated properly and. was sticking up a bit.

After looking at it and noticing that the larger amp wires were ran underneath it I took it back in to have them look at it. I was told that the guy who had done my installation had done some previous poor installations and they said they would install it for me properly with the wires running under the carpeting. I went into Blue Ribbon Auto (https://www.facebook.com/blueribbonautoinc/) today to order some stuff and get a status of my glass order. I had been there 3 times so far to get the same piece of glass installed but I was willing to give them another chance and was willing to admit that maybe my 1 star post was a little premature. I was ready to order a grill guard for my pickup, some WeatherTech matts for my SUV, some WeatherTech mud flaps and maybe a Soft Tonneau Cover for my pickup. However, I missed on phrase in the reply that said. "so I have canceled your order with Leer".

I was received with we will not repair the product that we are the authorized dealer for (Leer Topper) and we don't want any more of your business. I was going to post to their web site. maybe I got it all wrong and maybe Murphy's Law did come there. They did everything correct. Now I stand behind my post and say this. Red's across the Clark Fork River on Russell not only was willing to get everything for me including the glass but they are getting all the accessories cheaper then Blue Ribbon.

To top it all off the sales rep asked me for my debit card to refund me my deposit for the glass and they charge my debit card and then had to give me a double refund. Please save yourself the lack of customer service and the higher prices by going across the Clark Fork to Reds.

Had my car for two months had more dings in side then when I brought the car ther for the original repair and they broke my after market door greeting light and under body lights after I told them multiple time to make a note these lights are their so their not to be broke
