Update: June 17th 2022 Another great experience at BBack. Bobby and Kevin let our son watch cartoons and have lunch while we waited for a fix a flat! I can not say enough positive comments about the customer service and automotive service from BBack car care. Kevin, Bobbie, Andrew, Dillion and all the guys in the shop are fantastic, professsional, and prompt. I wouldrecommend them to anyone. Also great conversations about internet algorithms and the Beastie Boys!

Officially the only auto shop that I will actually trust. Not only did we randomly call in (husband works in same complex and figured we would give them a call to see if they could help us replace a hose, that our normal shop was way too busy to do for over a week) and actually receive services, but they were patient, kind and extremely helpful. Great service and guess what? you only pay what needs to be paid. Why? because they only fix what needs to be fixed. Simple. BBack values your time where dealerships and others waste it. Loaner car available at no cost. Yes! but don't forget to put back the gas you have used.

I have been going to these guys for years and you won't find a more professional customer service oriented business in our area. The employees that answer the phones were sent to school for this business. They are about getting the job done and will never overcharge and always treat you fairly.
