It is a misconception that you must service your vehicle at the dealership in order to maintain your warranty. This is simply not true and it states so in your Owner's Manual, under Maintenance Schedules. It states: However, service at a dealer is not mandatory to keep your warranties in effect. Maintenance may be done by any qualified service facility or person who is skilled in this type of automotive service. Keep all the receipts as proof of completion, and have the person who does the work fill out the Maintenance Record.

Great shop! They do a really great job scheduling. Was able to get in the next day for an after market hitch to get installed on our Honda Odyssey. We were due for an oil change and they got that in too. Dropped off van in the morning, they gave a ride home, all services done a few hours later. They even took pictures of the hitch installation so I could see the work done under the bumper. Great service and great people. Thanks!

So I had an issue with my car that I have taken 2 multiple shops and nobody was able to figure it out and many of them told me that My issues were normal. I know this was not true because my car was driving fine up to that point. Anyways I had to come to this shop 3 different times before we finally got the issue fixed and this shop did not waver from helping me out.also being that I have a lowered and modified car made them that much better. I would 100% recommend people to come to this place for any maintenance work. I personally talked to Ken and he was awesome.

I bought a used RAV4 and needed the radiator/hoses checked out. Precision Auto Repair got me in early the next morning and did an inspection. They were great and let me know nothing apparent was going on. They charged a minimal fee for peace of mind. We'll be back for our other vehicles. Highly recommend. My family has been going to Precision Auto for over 15 years! There's no other place we would take our Honda's. They are very honest, up front and to the point from the beginning and we've enjoyed many pleasant experiences with the staff (Kevin specially more often). Precision auto was recommended to me by a friend. I felt these guys could be trusted from the first point of contact on the phone and then at the counter. I took car in for oil change and minor service. They explained upcoming maintenance needs by showing photos of the area helping me to understand. I was very impressed and plan to take my car back whenever service is needed! Highly recommend!

I very recently purchased a 2006 Honda CRV from a used car dealer and my intentions were to take the car immediately to the local Honda dealership. The local dealer strongly recommended Precision Auto Repair. I could write a thesis detailing the fantastic experience I had. I don't write reviews I'm an older guy and not very tech savvy. But I felt compelled because the service manager Kevin really made an impression on me. Explained what needs to be done and then what might need to be done in time. Showing me on a monitor the work done in clear large photos and also the reason we might want to hold off from doing the other work. Kevin and his team are officially my cars family doctor. This was my go-to mechanic shop for several years when I had a hybrid. They took care of all the standard services for costs that were a fraction of what the dealer would charge in half the time. On more than one occasion, they found better coupons for me than what I had and applied them. Their waiting area is really comfortable.nice chairs, TV, coffee/hot chocolate, and wifi. I've got an electric car now, and those don't need the same kind of maintenance, but if I ever have a gas powered car again, I'll definitely be back!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Always excellent service, at fair prices. Easy to get an appointment, free ride home, and great communication about the repair once they do the diagnostic. Kevin is the best service writer I have ever dealt with anywhere! If you are taking your car to a dealer for any reason other than a recall, you are paying too much!

Scott & his folks take care of all my vehicles(5). I take it to them, state my problem, they call me & it's fixed. It is always repaired right, very reasonable price for repaire, honest, never charge for stuff not needed. What else could you ask for. They are great folks, answer any question. Just simply the best repair shop in the area.
