Just no. Buy your car somewhere else. Lots of options, there is no way you could have a worse experience. If you really want a Toyota(which is a great choice). Just drive to the next dealership. Lots of Toyota dealerships. Trust me. From the finance department to the service department, the salesmen, this location is just not Toyota's shining star that's for sure.

Very disappointed, pricing was not what was told to me and the attitude of the service person was way below what was to be desired, he and I got into an argument that almost led to something beyond that. The customer, as they say, is not always right. I met with store management, which conducted themselves in the utmost way as far as customer service is concerned and tried to soften the situation by asking to refund my money and next service on them as far as oil change is concerned, but I am here to tell I have never had an issue at that facility with anyone as I did today with this service person, I mean this is where I brought my 1st and only brand new car from and I have always been treated well here. Oh well, all season, come to an end, I guess.

I was helped by Ms. Diamond who provided outstanding service. I needed to get my key fobs batteries replaced and they closed at 4pm. I had called at 340pm. I got to service desk at 410pm, Ms. Diamond was still there with a smile when I know she could have closed the shop. She also installed both batteries in a snap. She went above and beyond and I just want to let her know how appreciative I am for that. Thanks!
