Modern-day vehicles are very complex. A transmission relies on information provided by various sensors. Failure of a sensor can cause a transmission to operate improperly, even though there is nothing wrong with the transmission itself. We can diagnose the problem for you. We have the latest equipment and scanning tools available to check and repair your vehicle.

Tips Report

As part of an engine oil change, also check the level and condition of your transmission fluid. Vehicles that are heavily used should have the fluid and filters changed more frequently and could possibly benefit from the installation of an auxiliary cooler. Leaks under the vehicle could be a potential problem and should be addressed as soon as possible. Check the condition of your vehicle's hoses and belts, and replace any that appear cracked or leaking.

I had slight transmission problem and my mechanic, Joe of Inside Garage, said he was unable to diagnosis the problem and recommended Hillsdale in San Mateo, I quick looked at reviews and went south. Amazing service as I was told by one unnamed transmission shop I need a $3000 newly rebuilt. Hillsdale diagnosed and repaired my problem without a rebuilding.

That is great service! If he said, "rebuild, I would have said, " Okay". Can not recommend their honesty and quickness of repair high enough. They are now whom I will recommend even though I live in Richmond district, north end of the City.
