We would have given a 5 star but noticed you had added an additional $60 charge for oil, when our car had just had a complete oil change from the dealer (Audi) less than 24 hours prior. Excellent work by Adam and his team on my 911. Moved over from years at Porsche dealer in Bellevue, who started high, but over the past year did a subpar job and only tried to repair unbroken parts or tried to sell non required services.
