I had a very good experience when taking my 2008 Ford focus in for fixing. They diagnosed and fixed my car in one day and kept my bill as low as possible because they knew I was on a budget. I was also able to take my car back when a light came on my dash and they took a look at it and fixed it at no charge to me. They are very friendly there too. I highly recommend this place.

Our ranger was having an issue and Mitch was juggling other tasks while chatting with us to distinguish what was exactly going on. Precision Auto Care is a perfect place to drop by for discussions of autos, life, & sports. such is always his business to know! Auto care is always reasonably priced and it comes with description; what needs to be done.

I have been to this shop twice now and bought a car from them over 5 years ago that I still love! Since my first visit, I've tested out other shops as well as I've been through two more cars.

I went in last year in February 2021 and had my crankshaft seal front with my drive belt air conditioning and drive belt alternator and power. I had very many problems after this. My throttle body went out the next day after I got my car back from the shop. Following with one the belts going bad a few different times. This last time when they replaced the belt the car made a very bad clanking sound as soon as I got it back from them.

I let them hold on to my car until the problem was solved. Well. the problem was never solved a month after giving them my car and they never called to communicate anything and I ended up taking my car out of this shop. Found out one of the belts were damaged still and the other one didn't fit right. They did give me a refund but it was only for the belts themselves. This was a very terrible experience I highly recommend going to a different shop.

Excellent experience. Stop prompt and precise us expecting considering their name. My radiator replacement came in under the estimated costs, and came with AC Delco parts that maybe some other places might not have put in. And the staff was very friendly which is always a plus for me.
