Had a flat on our 1 ton dually truck while traveling home from Moab with a trailer full of toys. Called a few shops and none wanted our truck or trailer. spoke with Tyler on the phone and he was very helpful and directed us to the shop. Turns out our tire was not repairable, and getting a new one would take too long, so they put our spare on and stored the damaged tire in our truck. They checked out the truck and trailer for us and Tyler sent us on our way. no charge! Great work and very much appreciated!

I came in to have my truck looked at. I was charged $60.00 for little to no service because they wanted to leave. I was told to come back in 2 days and they would do more diagnostics for another $120. I came back, they said I owed them $60.00 for the previous little to no work that was done. I advised them I paid it already, but they kept saying I didn't and I left without paying. I advised them I had paid the $60, but they didn't want to listen claiming I still owed. Embarrassing, so I just paid them again. Then they told me I had to go to the Toyota dealer because they couldn't help me. I was real angry. I paid twice and got nothing grrr. So mad

I worked with Tyler, Mason, Russ, and John. These guys are great. I brought my car in because it was making a noise. The mechanic who checked me in, Tyler, listened to my explanation of the issue patiently. When he discovered that I didn't have a way to get home, he offered to arrange one for me. One of the others working that day, Mason, drove me home to wait and came to pick me up again when the work was done. Russ and John checked me out and they were friendly, engaging, and super polite. Great experience, great service, and my car is a bit safer to drive.

I had never used the services of Burt Brothers before this, but recently a wheel on my car began to deflate, I pumped it up, but it deflated again after a couple of days. I went to Discount Tire but they told me that I need at least 2 hours after which they can look at my wheel. I didn't have 2 hours and I drove further, saw the Burt Brothers sign, and drove to them. Despite the fact that almost all the boxes were occupied, these guys told me that they would help me in 20-30 minutes.

And indeed, not even 30 minutes passed before they showed me a nail from my wheel and said that everything was okay. The most important thing is that they did not take any money for it, not a penny. I am very grateful to the Burt Brothers team, I recommend this place to everyone, and of course, if I have problems in the future with my car, I will contact them. Thank you, guys!

Due to moving from West Jordan to Lehi, We switched to the store in Draper. These guys are terrific. They do excellent work and some of the nicest people you've ever met at this location.

Took my car for new brakes, I was helped by Tyler and John both were very friendly and professional. I was told they needed to keep the car the whole day to be able to get it done, close to closing time I got a called that it wasn't done but they were willing to stay a little after closing time to get it done since I told him we only had one car and I had to get it done that day. I understand their busy so I really appreciate their willingness to stay and get it done.

The battery light flashed on my dash when I started my car. Later on down the road, I smelled burning. I had looked at a connection on the battery about a month earlier - that looked a little frayed but was covered - so I was concerned. Made an appointment. The battery check was free - they checked it all out - no corrosion, percentage, other things I did not quite understand but were all good to hear.
