We had major undercarriage damage due to running over a steel plate in a construction zone. Schaefer Auto Body was very quick to respond to our insurance company with the estimate and began work immediately. Due to delivery issues with parts (beyond their control), the time to complete the work was extended. They were great about sending a weekly notification of the work progress so that we knew where things stood. They were very professional and we are happy with their work.

Schaefer Autobody Center in South County was wonderful! It was painful to have damage to my new car and everyone at Schaefer made the repair process as painless as possible. They were thorough and explained the process to me and remained extremely communicative throughout the repair time (& even ended up finishing up the work on my car earlier than expected!) I hope I don't need any repairs again soon. but if/whenever I do, I will definitely be back!

The service at Schaefer Auto body was top notch. I got updates on the progress of my repairs and it was done sooner than I thought it would. The quality of work was exceptional as well. I'll definitely use them again if I need body work done. Definitely would recommend them to anyone wanting body work or painting done. Pricing is fair and actually less than I thought it would be.

I used Schaefer for minor collision repair on my Toyota Tacoma. I received it back today and everything looks great. Vacuum and car wash were a nice bonus. The aspect I was most impressed with was the rep who handled my repair. Reggie was polite, friendly and communicated thoroughly throughout every step of the process. I would return to Schaefer for his support alone!
