Tim was the best. After numerous calls, stupid questions, and issues with insurance, he was always polite, patient, and helpful to a couple of us seniors! This was the most important thing. More than doing a great job fixing the car, which Cox did that too.

I've had my car at this location several times and was always treated fairly and honestly. ALL the staff are great -- professional and friendly. The only time I've had a time problem was lately because of parts unavailability due to supply chain. They have previously been either right on time or early. Would never take my car any place else. The work is so good you would never know the car had been damaged and I have used them for both large and small problems. My rental coverage expired and they gave me a loaner to use!

I would not recommend this company at all for a small repair. I could see how they would do a good job if they have a larger job but he does not seem interested at all in small jobs and wanted to repaint my entire quarter panel due to a clearcoat scratch. I had to scratch repaired it looks fantastic without having to repaint the whole entire quarter panel for $70 at another place. Do not waste your time if it's a small repair like I did.

They fixed my SUV after I was hit. I took it there, and they handled Everything including the Rental Car. They did an Excellent Job on the Damaged Area, plus the additional problem of parts Impossible to find because of Pandemic, and Still got everything needed right on time. Although Do Not want to have to go back, If we or anyone in our family were in an accident, I wouldn't Hesitate to go back There.

Just got my car back this afternoon. Tim and all the other staff were very professional, efficient, and caring. I even called the day it was supposed to be done and asked if there was a chance I can get it at a specific time just a few hours away, his response was, "Yes, we will make it happen." When I got there, it was already outside completely ready to go. It was also spotless on the inside and out without charge.
I went inside and it took just a few moments to get off the lot with my car. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend it to anyone. I will be back if I were to ever need any services done again.
