The shop being reviewed is in Everett WA. Initially everything was fine and it sounded like the shop would do a great job, and they probably would have. The issue I had was with the person I interacted with. She told me what she wanted me to know but when I started asking questions about my damaged door and the deductible, she got really irritated as if she didn't have time for my questions and had other things to attend to.
In addition, it felt like the question I had, regarding the deductible was being interpreted as my wanting to be dishonest. The only reason the question was asked, was to get it straight so as to avoid dishonesty. No one appreciates being made to feel like a bother and a dishonest person, simply by asking questions. Having said that, I don't believe she meant to come off that way with a potential customer because after all, who does that?

Had body work done on my 2015 Mustang. And this was all insurance. But I have to say I might as well have done it myself. It was such a shotty job and so obviously noticeable that when I went to trade in my car for another, it stood out like a sore thumb. And when I tried to get them to correct it, they told me "it is what it is". and "can't do it any better than what it is." They made no attempts to make it better and are a farce.
Go somewhere else, this place is garbage, and the lady handling the phones, who I believe is an owner or some sort of interest is the rudest person. I think she may be busy and I can understand that, but she sets herself apart in the wrong direction. ONE STAR is too much.

This is the first and hopefully last time I'll ever need a body shop, but Glenda was amazing. She did the legwork getting the bill paid, knew what I didn't about what I did and did not have to do, and she really went above and beyond for us. The car looks amazing. and my husband is a detail fanatic so that's saying something. I loved the text updates, the ease of drop off and pick up, and everything about this experience was more than I hoped for. I would highly recommend this place. Randi-a very satisfied customer!

Got hit in a parking lot (hit and run) they got me in quickly and did a great job, a couple weeks later the bumper was slipping a bit (not their fault the manufacturer clips are weak) and they fixed it for free ASAP as part of their work satisfaction guarantee, 10/10 will go here again and send my friends here. Pics for reference, they did an amazing job!

From start to finish was 2 weeks. My daughter's car was hit and run while she was at school. We got the car towed to Absolute immediately and even though they were booked out a month, they figure out a way to squeeze us in and got it completely fixed in 2 weeks. It had to get a re-alignment first which they coordinated for us. They did all communication with our insurance and we just paid our deductible when we picked up her nice shiny fully repaired car.super easy process. Glenda was excellent in communicating and updating me all the way through the process. Absolutely the best experience ever!

Great experience! Got the work done on time, as promised and within budget. Outcome was above and beyond in quality and expectations. Everyone we talked to and worked with was friendly and transparent. Hope I never have to use them ever again : but if I need repair work they are my first choice. After getting rear-ended by another driver, I wanted to quickly repair my vehicle by a team that promises high quality service. That's what I got going to Absolute Auto Body. THEY OFFERED WHITE-GLOVE SERVICE: The at-fault insurance company low-balled their estimate for my vehicle repairs, so AAB was super helpful in managing the repairs with the insurance company and ensuring a high quality repair, as well as negotiating with the insurance company to schedule a car rental at Enterprise for me while the shop worked on my car.
They were super communicative the whole time, and extremely friendly. 2 WEEK WAIT FOR SERVICE WAS WORTH IT: They were busy, so they scheduled my repair about 2 weeks out from my initial request for a quote, which was okay because the repair was relatively minor. I could see their tight schedule as being challenging to others, but the wait was worth it. THEY WERE FAST: Initially, AAB said they might need my car from Monday until Friday or even possibly over the weekend, but one of their guys ended up working overtime and finished my car by Thursday afternoon. MY CAR WAS RETURNED MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN EVER: Finally, they were detailed.
The repair looked fantastic and they even washed and vacuumed my car and even detailed most parts of the interior. I wasn't expecting that and loved hopping back into my car that felt somewhat brand new suddenly! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I damaged the right front bumper cover of my 2015 Cayenne Turbo in a parking garage and was devastated. I was prepared for a $2,000-3,000 quote when I took it into Absolute Auto Body. After two minutes of inspecting the damage Troy looked and me and said "you have film over the front of your car." In five minutes he removed the scarred 3 M clear film, polished the minor scratch underneath it and said "you're fixed!" What he didn't say was "we'll need to repaint the bumper cover or possibly replace it" something I would have believed and paid for.
Instead he gave me a handshake and I was on my way. I am very impressed with this high level of integrity and will not hesitate to use his services. I am pleased to say that this is a FIVE star business!

Being on either end of a car accident is a stressful situation. Troy and his team at Absolute make it a pain free and seamless experience. Their finished product is always top tier. Nobody likes to be in a situation that requires an autobody shop but if you do this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I have a velocity yellow 2006 corvette. I needed a new removable roof panel these guys were fast friendly and competitive pricing. When I went to pick up the roof panel it was absolutely a great color match. Well it happen again I need another roof panel done They acted quickly ordered my parts and and I'm excited to see the finished product But I know they will deliver a great product in a timely mannor. The people at Absolute went above an beyond to fix my car after I was rear-ended. They made everything as easy as possible, working directly with the insurance and rental company so that I didn't have to. They not only did a perfect job fixing my trunk and quarter panel, their paint job and blending look 10 times better than it did when I bought the car last year.
They also cleaned nearly every inch which I can really say my car needed. On top of all of that they ended up finishing the job 3 days ahead of schedule and made sure I didn't get stuck with the rental car over the weekend. Great, freindly, hard working people who I would absolutely go back to!

Awful! Evenings best of the northwest. NOT! I was lied to, called a liar my self. Was told my vehicle would be ready. Went to pick it up and no truck! I made it clear to the clerk that I would be picking my truck up after hours. He agreed. I had to go back the next day, loose 2 and 1/2 hours of work, my patients needed to be reshudueld. Ridiculous.
All I got was a sorry. And was told I was lying about what transpired. They had 3 weeks to order the bumber. I was SO MAD. They did not make it right. Could it be that I am a woman. Yes the jerk clerk ignored me when I came in. I had left a message, he said he never got it. I DO NOT RECOMEND DISHONEST Auto Body shops! Go else where. They do not respect you or your time. Such poor customer service

Used my living social coupon for an "express" car detail. An absolute horrible job. He mentioned they would give it a quick "wipe down". That's exactly what they did. It was horrible. I could go on and on but im sure you get the idea. I could of washed and vacuumed it in my driveway and done a better job. Hopefully the repair part of their job is better.
