The mechanics at Minhs are honest, helpful and always professional. As a woman, entering into this world can be stressful since it's not normally in our wheelhouse. Nick and Chris are my go to guys when my ML350 is having issues. When I don't understand something that needs to be repaired or replaced in my car, they take the time to explain it or they will send me the Minhs report that breaks down everything wrong with some supportive photos of my car and or videos that explain what the repair is.My boyfriend has seen past reports and even he was impressed and wished his own mechanic did the same.
