I brought to their shop to get fix because of an accident. They fixed my vehicle and didn't replace my front grill that was damaged by the accident. When I had brought it up to their attention they kept giving me the run around not returning my voice messages I had left. I was told they would talk with the manager and never gotten back with me. They charge me full service for a half job and because I was a woman I knew that they took advantage of me. Please be aware of this place especially if you are a woman.

I recently moved to the neighborhood and unfortunately I had a younger driver side swipe my car and caused a lot of damage. I called my insurance company and they gave me a list of preferred repair shops. I called at least five that they had provided me and they all had a long wait list to even get an estimate and stated it could be at least two months for parts and repair. I took a lucky gamble and did a Google search and called the Collision Shop and spoke with Butch.

I was a little worried being a single mom that I might get the run around, but I couldn't have been more wrong! I am so glad that I called, Butch provided an estimate within a day of me calling, dealt with the innsurance company and adjuster. He communicated with me very professionally and he never made me feel like a nuisance when I was calling, which was a lot : I was so happy with the work they did, the communication and the overall experience with the Collision Shop.
