Thanks to COVID and a lack of qualified & motivated workers, our repair took longer than expected. BUT that is NOT the fault of Hollingsworth. From the the first call to pickup of the vehicle, they were polite and professional. The work was OUTSTANDING and FLAWLESS. You would never be able to tell a repair was made.

My experience (first time) was a very good one. My wait time was about 3 minutes before a staff member waited on me. I had great results. I would recommend Hollingsworth to anyone who need their car repaired.

Involved in an accident on 1/26, unable to drive vehicle, they (Hollingsworth) couldn't pick up until 2/15 the wrecker driver was courteous and took great care in loading my Black Pearl. Received a call on 2/16 from Hollingsworth telling me what was going to be done and depending on of course the accessibility of parts. So honestly was expecting to have to wait at least six to eight weeks, and had resigned myself to be without my car until the end of March or even first part of April.
Imagine my surprise when I called just to check on progress on Her, I think was on 3/9, was told she was ready. It looks amazing can't tell there was ever a scratch. If anyone ever needs body work on their vehicle they won't be disappointed. Great employees, the whole experience was fantastic from my experience with them.
