We were on our way from NC to Mason on a Friday night when our water pump went out, stranding us in the middle of nowhere. Staff and tech's very helpful and we're patient with my concerns and questions about the repairs. I was very confident in there abilities in fixing and trouble shooting the repairs. We own a older Mercedes 2005 sl500, with a complicated hydraulic suspension and can be very costly but we're able to repair and fix at a lower cost than dealership. So far so good, very happy to have found them and will be using them in the future if needed.

The team at Foreign Exchange West Chester was fantastic! I was concerned about some things the dealer told me I needed to do to my 3 year old car (28,000 miles), so I took it to Foreign Exchange to get a second opinion. Turns out the dealer was just trying to pad their services. Example, the dealer said I needed new tires, Foreign Exchange noticed the wear was a little uneven since they hadn't been rotated in a while, so instead of brand new tires they suggested a rotation. I'm definitely skipping the dealer from now on and going right to Foreign Exchange!
