This place is awesome, neat, clean, friendly knowledgeable. I had tried a competitor first, after 3 weeks they didn't fix my car. These guys get it. They want the job done right! They want you to be a happy customer. Everyone is attentive and willing to help YOU. They will diagnose the problem, then explain what needs to be done. They will even bring you out into the garage and show you the problem, try and find a dealership or another shop that will do that! They will also let you know what options you may have to get the job done. European Auto Tech is the only place I trust with my BMW's.

Really pleased with my experience, and impressed by the great customer service - which included their taking my vehicle to a local exhaust specialist shop to make a lower-cost repair of an exhaust leak! Service writer Dana was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend for VW repairs. The mechanics are very nice, knowledgeable in a lot of foreign cars mechanics. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are fully satisfied with their performance. Great resonable prices.

Know what they are doing and fixed one of my problems in my car just very pricey but that does come with European cars, but they were very nice and polite.
