Had an appointment for them to replace my windshield at 11:00 a.m. at 11:30 I text them to see where they are and they said they would be there within the hour. Then an hour later they stopped responding to text messages and they don't answer their customer service line. It is now 1:00 and there still isn't anyone here to fix my window. Definitely would not recommend them unless you want to sit around all day waiting for nobody to show up.
