I've used this shop a few times since moving to the area. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. The prices are fair and they do quality work. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical repair

Very poor customer service. I called on the phone to schedule an appointment and was provided a time slot. The person on the phone never thought it worth either of our time to ask what the service would be for. I arrived at the shop on my scheduled appointment time only to be asked questions that should have been asked on the phone and then told they weren't going to work on it. This could've been handled on the phone if they only asked a couple questions.

Then the shop person thought it was ok to say "You never told us what you were coming for". That's not my job. You're the mechanics, you should be qualifying the jobs you're intaking before accepting them. As a result of this, both my time and the shops time were wasted during the ordeal. Lesson learned.

I had a wonderful experience at Rising Sun! Everyone is so courteous and patient, customer service is above and beyond. So thankful I was referred to this place after I had mentioned to a friend about my not so good experience at the Lexus dealership up the street. I will bring my car here for services, without hesitation, because the staff is honest, respectful and perform quality work.
