Great customer service & best part of my experience was having the service completed at my residence. I work from home, so this was 100% convenient! Tech communicated his ETA & was very professional. My vehicle is riding well & installation is excellent! No issues or complaints.

Tech was great, staff was friendly and professional. I decided to go thru this company after having a terrible experience with a different company and have used them before no issues. I was under the impression I would be receiving a $100 gift card and was told it would be 10-14 days. Ok no problem. 3 weeks goes by, nothing. Was told if it doesn't arrive within the next 3 days call back. Ok no problem. 1 week later, my apt number was not put on my profile for some reason, although I has stated the number every time I verified, so another one was issued.
This one arrived finally after 2 weeks and was for $50. Was SUPER disappointed as I have waited 1.5 months and with the way prices are ridiculous everywhere, was counting on it. I called and was told I only qualified for $50. I am curious to know what qualifies you for $100. I have paid cash for my windshield before and it is NOT cheap. So just really disappointed.
