We went to zoles after my husband was rear-ended. The gave us a great quote and had his car back on the road quickly. We trust the team so much that we just had our other car dropped off after a major accident. If there is any chance of it being repaired they are the ones to do it. The staff are all very kind, and honest. I will definitely recommend the zoles team. And will be back. Hopefully under different circumstances

Took forever with my car had it for a month and no communication with me. My insurance rental expired and I had to pay for the rental out of pocket due to them taking a long time and was no apologies or anything. Would not recommend

Originally came here to stay up to date with scheduled maintenance for my car's warranty (usually do all the maintenance on my cars myself). Zoel is honest, fair priced, and always was very accommodating. I went back every 6k miles from 18k - 60k. I never thought he was being untruthful or pushing extra work. Zoels is so great! They helped me with my transmission that went dry and then they helped my wife with her drains when they got plugged. They are honest, reliable and do really good work. When my wife's drains got clogged a second time my wife called. They brought her in, unclogged it, AND cleaned the interior from the water at such a low price. They are honest and fair. This review is long overdue. I love Zoel's! Zoel's was recommended to me by a family memeber, who's car was getting worked on there. I have driven by Zoel's numerous times because I live in town but never needed work done. That was until my mother hit the back of my car! Lol! Strange to think, but I guess parents hitting their kids car is very common! O.0 Anyways, getting back to the main point here. Zoel's is professional and for me a success. He's precise and called me with updates throughout my cars completion. Zoel's even washed my car before handing me back my keys. Back in mid-January, my Jeep Grand Cherokee had engine failure. I brought my vehicle to Zoel's and although the final verdict was disappointing for me, I appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I've dealt with many shops in the past, most of whom ended up costing me more than was necessary. Zoel's didn't take me for a ride by suggesting I get costly and unnecessary repairs on my high-miled Jeep and ended up going above and beyond while I made arrangements for my vehicle to be picked up. They earned my trust and I will be sure to choose them first for all my future car repairs and maintenance.
