300$ later. they pulled a fuse I told them about. They replaced my neg terminal with one that would not let my hood shut. They replaced that before I left. Dead battery twice since3/17/22. I won't go back. Service: Electrical repair

Had my 1999 Honda Civic at Wayne's garage for a week for electrical problems. They couldn't find the problem. Went back to get it and took it to Zilsoki's. They called me same day and gave a me a list of repairs that needed to be done. Picked up it today. Has more power headlights are brighter. Thank you to everyone at Zilosoki's. On the recommendation of a reputable Eugene shop I took my 2002 Ranger 4WD to these guys to repair problems with the electronic 4wd shift function. That was on September 30, 2021. When I dropped it off Keith spent 5 minutes bragging about what a genius he is on all things Ford 4x4. When I asked when it would be ready he told me "we'll take care of you." That was over 3 months ago!

Since then I've heard nothing but excuses, that they're running tests, that this, that that, but GOING ON 4 MONTHS the thing is still there and nobody can tell me a thing about when it will be ready, if ever. They act as though they're inventing a time machine or performing brain surgery instead of identifying and repairing what is essentially an automotive electrical problem with finite solutions.

I would never take anything, from a roller skate to a motor vehicle to these guys if you ever want to see it again. Next stop Department of Justice Consumer Affairs Division.

Naah. You can find a better electrical shop.used to be a good place to have work done. I do not recommend this store.

If you don't know a thing about cars or dont personally know the owner. Do not go here. They will try to hold on to your car for a lot longer than they originally said, try to upcharge you. I took my car in with a minor fix that NEVER got fixed. When I came back to pick it up about a week later my car key was completely broken. Can no longer put it on a keychain.

So I am going to have to buy a new key so it doesn't get lost when I had a perfectly good keybefore I took my car here. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional shop I've ever been to. They are EXTREMELY shady.

Critical: Quality I hate you guys and your lies, bunch of trash people trying to hide, dint let them find you please go anywhere else than here !

Zilkoski knows their stuff! I had an aftermarket alarm disfunction that the previous owners installed, it was draining my battery and causingights to blink. They located the issue fast and it was affordable! Yay, five stars all across the board! I highly recommend!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Keith and his brother are a real pair to behold. If you are in need of electrical mechanical help stear clear of this operation. Money is ahead of customer service. 40 years ago my family praised this operation, I recently moved back home to encounter the brother's. Not much more to say, except find another company to do business with that care about you. I was forced to give a star rating, no negative rating available so I had to give one star to post.

These guys are great! Someone installed my stereo wrong and blew my alternator. I took it to Zilkoski's because I wasn't able to find a replacement that was under $400 and wouldn't take six months to get. He had my car for about a week and a half because he had a hard time finding the replacement part but he did eventually find one and it only cost me $240! Way less than what I was gonna have to pay! I will come back to them again!

Awesome guys (Ryan- mechanic; Keith- owner)! They took great care of my cars (Bronco needed starter; Chrysler 300C needed new hub assemblys), and got them back into top shape! I will definitely bring my vehicles back to them for any needed repairs in the future!

Keith at Zilkowski's is really helpful. The shop isn't much to look at, but the service is great. They were accommodating when I had a family emergency and got my car back to me quickly. They are very understanding and will work with you. I was very satisfied with my service and will recommend them to friends.
