Fantastic job on repair. I couldn't even tell there was a difference from the pre-accident to the repaired vehicle. If anything I think the vehicle looks better now after the repair than before! Not to mention I didn't expect Zara's to wash and clean my vehicle; they even cleaned up some of the interior which is just fantastic service that I did not ask for and I feel bad that they had cleaned my messy truck!

But they did it and I am so impressed and happy with them. Their service is fantastic, every step of the way from me calling to let them know my vehicle was being towed in to their shop to the point of pickup Zara's was in constant communication for every update and to answer any questions I had. Although the body damage on my car was fairly minimal they did an amazing job matching the paint with the original. They were always extremely friendly. Additionally they quickly assessed the damage to my car and came up with a pretty accurate estimate.

Our many Thanks go out to Brad Zara and his entire crew for an exemplary experience. We were told we could trust Zara's to bring our damaged vehicle back, and that trust has been fully justified today. We appreciate the efforts of Justine and Cole especially, for controlling what turned out to be a lengthy, complicated repair process. God forbid that I need collision repair again but if I do I will go to Zara's and would recommend it to anyone. They kept in touch during the process and kept us informed. It was done earlier than expected and the inside and out looked better than it did the day we pulled out of the car lot. They were also very courteous and it seemed like they really cared.

My car has so many scrapes and scratches. For over a year I have been going past places where cars can be repaired but never did I trust my car with any business except Zara's. So, I went back to Springfield, IL today and am so happy that I did. Kim met me at the door. I saw one more time how much Zara staff not only cares about your car, but you. Kim said, "There has been so much pain with the car damage that we just want our client to feel at peace with the repair." Taking the car to be repaired is like going to the dentist-I don't let just anybody look at my teeth.

Only Kim has looked at my car. I found two YouTube visits with Brad that I want to share with you. He has gone way beyond his promise for his company, employees, and customer. I was asked today if I would come from Dallas, TX to Springfield, IL to have my car repaired. I would sure try. Everybody cares and does their best!
