I walked in an hour before closing on a Saturday, having gotten a flat on the Taconic. Without a moment's hesitation, the first guy I saw took the tire to fix it. Within 10 minutes the tire was plugged. They quickly deflated the spare, packed it back in the trunk, and had me on my way for a very fair price. Fanatastic.

Honest. That's about all you need to know. But in all seriousness they aren't a get you in and upsell shop. There are quite a few of the ole you need a new air filter places in the area (you know exactly what I'm talking about) and they just drive me insane. You bring your car into Yorktown Tire Auto Care to get something fixed and they fix it. Yes they do additional inspections and do recommend other work that may need to get done but they don't push anything on you unless it's totally necessary (unlike an air filter). Oh and the pricing is fair and the work is done right.

Careless shop took the car in for inspection they don't care they just rip your old sticker off and don't care about the glue left the residue all over the windshield loosened the exhaust hangers for no reason during a basic inspection and old man owner refused to fix it claims he's been in the business for years you'd think he would know a thing or two good shop if you wanna get a tire patched anything more advanced than that use someone else

Went to Yorktown tire for 4 new tires for my Subaru Crosstrek. I booked the first available appointment which was 2 days later, which was fine. The price for the tires was reasonable. There were no hidden or additional costs like sometimes happen at other shops.

The folks at Yorktown tire are always professional and transparent about all the work that's being done, the prices are great and they strive to have you back in your vehicle as promised. There is no reason why I wouldn't bring my cars back to them!

I am extremely happy about yorktown tire.they are the most honest in this business and they have honored a 2 year old warrantee i did not even know i had. If anyone needs service on their car I whole heartily recommend these fellows both named vinny and you will feel like I feel now. usually bringing your car for service is not a memorable experience but once you come here you will always come here, and will never forget the experience AAAA+++++

Over the weekend I had my inspection done here. I was told to leave the car in the morning and it would be done by mid-afternoon. I recieved a call from the service writer later on and was told that the tint on my windows was far to dark and that he couldn't even see out of the windshield. He then suggested, rudely, that I should "go to the Bronx and buy an inspection sticker for $100." I have been a loyal customer there since 2009 always paying in cash.

I go nowhere else for breaks/roters, tires, oil changes, inspections, and the occasional repair. I bought my car brand new from a dealership in 2016 and have had no issues whatsoever with passing a NYS inspection at Yorktown Tire as I take it there yearly. To sum up I spent an hour in their parking lot with a razor blade scraping the tint from my windows.

This was by far the worst I've been treated at their business. Had I not been renewing my registration on Monday morning I would have left. Needless to say they have lost a loyal customer of over ten years. Ill take my business and loyalty elsewhere from now on. If I could give them less than 1 star I certainly would.

My family and I have been loyal customers for many, many years! Bob and his team are great guys, and their expertise is something you can rely on.including their complete fairness and the quality of their work! I recommend them very highly!
